Holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and is a master’s student in International Relations at PUC-Rio. She worked for two years as an intern at BNDES and as a Parliamentary Advisor in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro. She is also a Climate Reality Leader, as well as coordinator of the Dani Balbi Popular Ecological Council.
Currently, she is a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Cooperation and Financing for Development (LACID), an initiative of the BRICS Policy Center.
She is part of ILAM in research on Interregionalism between Latin America and the Caribbean and Africa, with an emphasis on the area of Security and the mapping of inter-regional initiatives through the construction of a qualitative database. Her research interests lie in the intersection between Geopolitics, Security, Climate Change and International Political Economy; in Security Cooperation and in the Financing of Sustainable Development by Development Banks.
